These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Al-Khalil Group Chatting Application (“the App”), provided by Al-Khalil Group (“the Company”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms:
   1. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. User Accounts:
   1. Users of the App must create an account to access its features. Account creation is limited to individuals invited by the Administrator (“Admin”).
   2. Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during the account creation process.
   3. By creating an account, users agree to abide by these Terms and any other policies or guidelines provided by the Company.
3. Prohibited Activities:
   1. Users agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior while using the App.
   2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
      1. Sharing inappropriate or unauthorized content.
      2. Violating the privacy of others.
      3. Attempting to access restricted areas of the App without authorization.
4. Intellectual Property:
   1. The content available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
   2. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the App without prior written consent from the Company.
5. User Responsibilities:
   1. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.
   2. Users agree not to share their account credentials with any third party.
   3. Users are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under their account.
6. Limitation of Liability:
   1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App.
   2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available on the App.
7. Dispute Resolution:
   1. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
   2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
8. Updates to Terms:
   1. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the App.
   2. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes. By continuing to access or use the App after the posting of any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
   3. The Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

      2. For Users (Clients): First Name, Last Name, Phone Number.

   1. The personal information we collect is used for the following purposes:
      1. Facilitating communication between Al-Khalil Group and its clients.

   2. Deleted accounts may be retained in backup copies for a reasonable period of time to comply with legal obligations.
